Equity Settlement Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Capital Market industry, preferably in equity settlement, operations, custody, or other back-office functions. 
• Good understanding of equity settlement processes, capital market regulations, and operational procedures is an advantage. 
• Experience in operating KSEI's official electronic systems and back-office applications is preferred, including S-INVEST, C-BEST, and S21 MPC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong service-oriented mindset. 
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and accountability in handling operational transactions. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
